ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½â€™s Office of Off-Campus Study provides full-semester academic opportunities around the world. Travel, live, and study with ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ classmates and a ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ faculty adviser while immersing yourself in new cultures.

The Department of Geography co-sponsors, with the Environmental Studies Program, a semester-long study group at the University of Wollongong (UoW) in Australia during both the fall and spring semesters.

An exchange program with UoW allows select ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ and UoW students to pursue comparative research in American and Australian contexts. Exchange students work with ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ and UoW faculty to produce research — worthy of professional publication — in both social and environmental geography.
