Upcoming ITS maintenance is scheduled for the week of July 30, 2026.

Information Technology Services (ITS) will be conducting routine system maintenance on July 22–23, which may cause brief disruptions to the campus wireless network.

ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ ITS is performing critical infrastructure maintenance from late May through June. To minimize disruption, all work is scheduled during off-peak and weekend hours, though multiple campus services will experience temporary impacts.

Starting March 31, 2026, Duo Mobile must be updated to version 4.85.0 or higher to continue receiving Duo pushes and login codes.

Mid-Term maintenance (March 17–20) will include network security enhancements, cloud migrations for web reliability, and supercomputer hardware inspections; most services remain unaffected, with brief intermittent outages limited to specialized supercomputer web portals.

Information Technology Services staff will be performing maintenance and upgrades in January. The following items are currently scheduled.

The campus phone system is scheduled for an upgrade to Zoom Phone on Friday, January 2, 2026. This modern service integrates with the existing Zoom platform and works with new physical desk phones, as well as computer and mobile apps. If you have opted to use only the desktop or mobile Zoom App, ITS will remove your current phone on January 2. This post contains important steps you can do now to prepare for the upgrade.
